Redpath Toronto Waterfront Festival
Secured all media partners including CTV, A Channel, CHFI, Toronto Star, as well as Entercom & WUTV Fox in upper United States.
Created strategic Media & Marketing Plan to execute Advertising Campaign.
Created unique promotional elements with all media partners.

Canadian Association of Community Living (CACL)
Created a Marketing Plan for CACL’s National Awareness Campaign including television, radio, print, and online.
Secured Wildmouse Agency for all creative.
Distributed campaign across Canada securing all mediums including Television and Radio stations as well as newspaper and magazine placements.

Naming of Queens Quay Harbourfront Festival:
Created title for the inaugural Toronto Nautical Festival. Structured marketing plan with media partners.

Assisted in all marketing & branding initiatives. Conducted market research prior to launch.

During her tenure as Vice President of Marketing & Development for Special Olympics Canada Lea was responsible for the following:

Merging of Special Olympics and SCF: 
Created organizational structure of newly formed Marketing & Development Department for Special Olympics Canada including four divisions: sponsorships; special event fundraising; fundraising partnerships; and the Special Olympics Canada Foundation campaign.   

Branding of Special Olympics: 
Led a national re-branding initiative to revise the Special Olympics Canada national logo and all Chapter logos to be consistent with the Special Olympics Global logo.
